This Peanut Butter & Banana Sushi is a tasty and affordable breakfast idea!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Tortillas, depending on size
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (Or Nut/Seed Butter/Jam of Choice)

Instructions

  1. If you are using 2 smaller Tortillas, place them on a flat surface so they overlap.
  2. Spread the Peanut Butter evenly across the center of the Tortillas, then peel the Banana and place in the center.
  3. Roll the Tortillas up to form the “sushi,” then cut into pieces with a knife.
