This Peanut Butter & Banana Sushi is a tasty and affordable breakfast idea!

- 1–2 Tortillas, depending on size
- 1 ripe Banana
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (Or Nut/Seed Butter/Jam of Choice)
- If you are using 2 smaller Tortillas, place them on a flat surface so they overlap.
- Spread the Peanut Butter evenly across the center of the Tortillas, then peel the Banana and place in the center.
- Roll the Tortillas up to form the “sushi,” then cut into pieces with a knife.
