Ingredients

3–5 Bananas, frozen
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
Water, to desired consistency
Instructions
Add the Bananas to a high speed blender or food processor and pulse until they are in tiny pieces. (Note: it helps to have the Frozen Bananas cut into 1″ chunks)
Add the Cacao Powder to the blender with a small splash of water (~ 3 tbsp)
Process this mixture until a smooth, fluffy mixture forms. You will need to stop the blender/food processor every once in a while to scrape down the sides, and may need to add more water in small increments as well.
Scoop into a bowl and top as desired.
Notes
Make sure your Bananas are brown and spotty before you freeze them, or the nice cream will not be sweet.
