This 3-Ingredient Hummus Salad Dressing is perfect for a quick, easy, and tasty fix! Use it to top your favorite salad or veggie bowl.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Garlic Hummus
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • 24 tbsp Filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Add the Hummus, Mustard, and Lemon Juice to a small bowl and mix with a spoon or fork until well-combined.
  2. Add in water in 1 tbsp increments until your desired thickness is reached, then serve as desired! Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to one week.

  • Feel free to use your favorite flavor of Hummus in this recipe, and add any additional seasonings that you’d like!
