This Pineapple Mint Smoothie is refreshing and tasty, but made with only 9 healthy ingredients! Perfect for a fast and easy breakfast or afternoon snack.


  • 2 cups Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 cup Frozen Zucchini
  • ½ Green Apple
  • ½ cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 leaves of Curly Kale
  • ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves, loosely packed
  • 3 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 cup Coconut Water (see notes for substitutions)
  • ½ cup Filtered Water
  • Protein Powder of Choice (Optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth, about 45-60 seconds.
  2. Serve as desired!


If you’d like to lower the sugar content of this recipe, you can substitute the Coconut Water for Non-Dairy Milk of choice
