Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berry blend
  • 1 large handful of spinach optional
  • 1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1-2 cup of water plus more to taste

Instructions

  • Blend: Add all ingredients to a high-speed or bullet blender; add only 1 cup of water for a thick smoothie, or 2 for a thinner smoothie. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, until smooth
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
