Ingredients
1 1/2cupsstrawberriesends trimmed and roughly chopped
2 1/2cupsnon-dairy milk*
1/4cupunsweetened dairy-free yogurtoptional; for a thicker texture
Blend: Add the strawberries, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, until smooth. Taste the milk and adjust the sweetener to taste, if necessary.
Serve & Store: Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for 15 minutes to serve chilled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
Milk: I recommend using a thick and creamy non-dairy milk like soy milk or oat milk for this recipe.
Sweetener: Maple syrup can be replaced with any other liquid sweetener.
