This Curry Tahini Dressing is the perfectly creamy, spicy, and tangy! Made with only 4 plant-based ingredients and great on salads, bowls, and as a dip. 




  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed or bullet blender and blend until smooth and creamy, 45 to 60 seconds. If your tahini is on the thicker side you may need to add extra water, to taste.
  2. Use immediately, or pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 10 days.


  • No blender? You can whisk everything together in a large bowl too! Just be sure to finely mince your garlic or use garlic powder instead.
  • If your curry powder does contain salt, omit the salt from this recipe and/or adjust to taste
