Step aside, guacamole! This Avocado Salsa is chunky, healthy, and flavorful. Plus, you only need 7 affordable ingredients to make it!
While I love a good Guacamole, sometimes I want a dip that’s a little more substantial and chunky. That’s where this Avocado Salsa comes in.
This dip is the perfect accompaniment for chips and veggies, but I also love it over Rice and Beans, Tacos, or even Salads! It’s packed with flavor, but you only need 6 simple ingredients to make it. And did I mention it comes together in less than 10 minutes?!
All you need to do is chop your Veggies, fold in some Avocado chunks, and add a little Cumin + Lime for a kick of (mouth-watering) flavor. You can eat this Avocado Salsa as soon as you make it, but I find that letting it sit in the fridge for 10-20 minutes really allows the flavors to mingle and become more pronounced.
