I LOVE TOFU! What’s not to love about a slightly squidgy, neutral-flavored, protein-packed ingredient that works in basically any recipe?! I know tofu can get a bad rap sometimes, but let me tell you – if you know how to season and cook it well, it is absolutely delicious.

Oh my gosh, Im about to cry. I was about to make dinner and I cannot find one of my most favorite recipes on your food blog. I make this at least 3 times a month and now it is gone.
